Dress:  Active Duty and Reserve Military Members     

             O4 and Above:  Dinner Dress Blue Jacket Military Formal,   Dress Blues)*

             O3 and Below:  Service Dress Blue** 
(SDB Coat, No Cover) 

    * Other Services wear equivalent uniform 
   **Dinner Dress or Tux is optional for O3 and below

           Men:  Tuxedo
           Women:  Evening Gown or Tea-length Cocktail Dress
